In the second quarter of 2024, the pirate-themed gaming category has shown varied performance across the top five titles on the unified platform. Sensor Tower provides a detailed look into how each game fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Sea of Conquest: Pirate War, published by FunPlus International AG, saw fluctuating revenue with an initial dip to $328K in late April, a spike to $825K mid-May, and a decline to $175K by the end of June. Downloads for the game decreased significantly from 430K in early April to a low of 45K at the end of April, stabilizing around 80K in early June. Weekly active users started at 1.34M and had a slight decrease to 1.20M over the quarter.

Another contender, Pirate Raid: Caribbean Battle from SayGames LTD, experienced a revenue drop to zero in mid-April but managed a small recovery to $29K by late May. The game's downloads peaked at 196K in early June, with weekly active users reaching a high of 219K in mid-June before falling to 150K.

From RetroStyle Games, Last Pirate: Island Survival showed no revenue for most of the quarter, directing focus on its downloads and active users. Downloads saw a steady increase, peaking at 30K in late June, while weekly active users hovered around the 60s mark throughout the quarter.

Lastly, Mutiny: Pirate Survival RPG from Helio Games saw no revenue for several weeks, but a notable peak of $74K in late May. Downloads for the game varied, with a high of 32K in late May. Weekly active users showed an increase from 21K to 35K towards the end of the quarter.
